If so, this site was designed specifically for you!My name is Ed Taylor and as an Internet marketing consultant and speaker I help businesses sell more products and services by showing them how to use cost-effective Internet marketing strategies. I have delivered more than 300 presentations in the last three years, in fact I have been called : 'The Most Requested Internet Marketing Speaker in the U.S.'. And even though I'm paid to speak more frequently than almost every single member of the National Speakers Association I'm not a "professional" speaker. I mean that in the sense that Bill Gates, Michael Dell, General Norman Schwarzkopf, etc. are not professional speakers. They are EXPERTS. I'm the President and founder of the Internet Marketing Group. On topics related to the Internet and Internet Marketing I am a practicing EXPERT. My firm works with a wide range of mid-sized companies around the world helping them develop and implement Internet systems and strategies that produce measurable, profitable results. Our clients range from manufacturers to retailers, doctors to accountants, insurance agencies to bed and breakfasts and many, many more. My "hands on" experience in working with such a broad array of industries provides me and my audiences with two very unique and distinct advantages over my most adept "industry specific" counterparts.
Consider this example...One of the things my staff and I have discovered is the importance of what we call a "PULL COMPONENT". Many web sites are doomed to fail before they are even launched because the people involved in their development have failed to recognize one fundamental Internet marketing reality: Web Sites are NOT Intrusive! Unlike other advertising and marketing tools, a web site is not intrusive. Your web site will not appear on the radio station your client is listening to, the television station he/she is watching or on the printed page in front of him/her. In order for your target market to get to your web site, these potential visitors must first believe that the effort they take to "go" to your web site will be worth their time and trouble. Although the concept in the above paragraph seems obvious, the reality is less than 5% of the web sites we audit actually contain an effective "Pull Component" as part of their web site or their Internet marketing strategy. Do most of the members of your group or association use a "Pull Component" to draw visitors to their web sites? This "Pull Component" concept is essential. If I have the opportunity to speak to your group I will explain specifically, in non-technical terms, exactly how your members can use this concept to dramatically increase the effectiveness of their web sites. The "Pull Component" is just one example of the "meat" my audience members receive. This concept transcends theory. It becomes a specific "action item" that audience members can implement immediately to increase the effectiveness of their Internet marketing. My programs are full of specific, relevant "action items" all presented in an interactive handout that is provided to each audience member. You probably have gathered by now that my background is in sales and marketing - not programming, graphics or journalism. This is another huge advantage to your audience. Several years ago I discovered that I love to speak to groups, (and at this point in my life, I make it a high priority to do what I love to do). Perhaps even more importantly, I found that the groups I speak to love my presentations. (I don't mean to brag but just look at the Comments section of this web site.) I hope I have piqued your curiosity. If so, here is a little more information for you... I was the top rated speaker at three Inc. Magazine
conferences in 1999. I was a featured speaker for:

Welcome to my web site. I hope you enjoy your visit, watch some of my video clips and I hope I have the opportunity to speak with you personally in the near future. President, Founder Internet Marketing Group, Inc.

P.S. If you have any question as to whether my presentation would be appropriate for your group or organization please call or e-mail my office. You will find that we are VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD. I would much rather NOT give a presentation than give a presentation that goes poorly because it is not appropriate for the audience!
